There are many hoaxers who combine a few yoga poses and bring out a book and make some money out of it. The misguided enthusiasts who feel tempted to buy it in the beginning would sure discard it after a few days of trial. They may never again try their hands at it refusing to get hoaxed again by such books.

The benefits of a time-tested exercise regime transmitted from generation to generation is unmatched and most reliable given its long term results and any side effects. An exercise regime that helps develop only muscles by neglecting all other important organs of a body should be avoided.
